Assalaamu alaykum wa Rahmatulaai wa Barakatu
Subhan'Allah it's been a while since posting on blogger as most things are on our Facebook Page here https://www.facebook.com/Al.Huriyah.Sadqa.Project/
Alhamdulillah we have a very close friend in Ait Yaazem just outside of meknes, Morocco who runs classes from home for the many children in their rural area who may not have access to mainstream school because of lack of funds amongst other reasons
On occasion we try to provide them with basic things such as a printer, ink, whiteboard and stationary as well as sweets for them to distribute on Eid day and small amounts of food for local familes
Below are just some of the small items we have managed to buy for the class Alhamdullilah
Alhamdullilah we also try to distribute other items to families in the UK where possible bi ihdnillah
Alhamdullilah before the lockdown we was approached by a dear sister that we know who was offering to make up 4 food parcels, Eid gifts, clothes and decorations which they lovingly bought, wrapped and packed ready for us to distribute just in time for Ramadhan bi ihdnillah
An electric wheelchair which we passed onto a sr with arthritis
A vintage sewing machine en route to Gambia bi ihdnillah
Toys for local children, not because they are in any need as such, just a small gift to bring them some happiness in these testing times Subhan’Allah
We have divided them between the UK and Gambia
A food and water parcel all donated by local sisters for a sister in recovery from an operation who also contracted corona virus
Alhamdullilah she is feeling much better
Alhamdulillah we usually like to end with a beautiful reminder
May Allah accept the efforts of all involved and may we all be of those whom He loves
Ameen
Enjoy

Jazakum'Allahu Khairan to everyone who supports our efforts be it by donating, sharing or advising etc. No deed goes unnoticed by the One whom all this is for and the Only One who gives His permission to even allow us to help in any capacity. May he accept it from us all Ameen
