      Upon INTERPAL HQ’s request to verify the information about the Orphan child No. 14335 who is under the supervision of Mercy Association for Children - Gaza. We have visited the child at his home in 19/05/2011 at 03:30 PM. The following is a description for the child and his family.

The child (14335) is a member of a two-person-family listed as follows:

Social & Financial condition:

The family, which consists of mother and her only single son left, depends on irregular little financial aid every 3 or 4 months from some charitable associations in addition to some help from her married sons.

Living condition:

The family lives in suitable home with good furniture.

Education and activities:

The education level of the Mohammed is very good but he needs tutorials in English and Math that cost 20 USD monthly.

The family participate in entertainment trips done by the charitable societies from time to time.

Health condition:

All the family members are in a good health.

Hope & Needs:

• Mohammed needs computer for study purposes.
• The family needs a fridge.

Alhamdulillah we have been sponsoring two Orphans from Gaza for the past two years.

This is the report for one of them and with Allah's Mercy we managed to raise enough to buy one of them a much needed fridge. 

 Spending money on an orphan is something that is encouraged in particular. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “This money is fresh and sweet. Blessed is the wealth of the Muslim, from which he gives to the poor, the orphan and the wayfarer” or as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said it. Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1465; Muslim, 1052.  


Masha'Allah they sent us a translation of a letter written by the Orphan.
