Subhan'Allah we managed bi ihdnIllah to raise the whole amount for one teacher and a small part for the 2nd. May Allah accept our efforts for His sake alone and may it be pleasing to Him alone. Ameen.... Please, no more donations for this a s wenow have enough. Any donations sent after tody will bee used towards the school renewal build Insha'Allah.

Markoiro Bunda Gambia are an organisation run by sr Amina who's passion is helping those in Gambia who are without even the basics of needs to get through the day.
We recently did a collection of clothes, household items for them to send in a container to be distributed to the poor. Alhamdulillah this has now arrived and sr Amina is in the process of sorting and distributing your donations.

Now for the task of unpacking and repacking onto the truck
On route to Aminas house to store until they are able to sort through and distribute Insha'Allah
Markoiro Bunda Gambia, as you can see are doing an amazing job aiding those in need.
Their next project so far is to find sponsors to pay for just 2 teachers whom have so far been teaching free fi sabil Illah for quite some time but, as you can see by the conditions there they need to have some sort of income to live day by day and support their families.
Each teacher costs approximately £300 a year which to us is very minimal. They are working very hard to try and teach the children of Dobong Kunda about this perfect deen of Allah. This will, bi ihdnIllah give them a better upbringing and the start they need to make them into righteous children.
They are asking for 25 people to give just £2 a month or a one off payment of just £24 per year.

Our village school is the only school within a 10km radius to teach Islam in the local language of Mandinka and by the power and mercy of Allah it is growing.
Each child pays a few delaci (about 2pence) to attend each week the money then goes back into the community to purchase goods needed for the women to work their gardens for market.
We want to continue to be able to do this... But we also need to pay our teachers... So by HIS mercy and power we are asking for donations to this cause insh allah.
We appreciate everything that comes however small... Lets build our nation of muslims together through knowledge of HIS swt word and practice of Muhammad saws.
May the blessing and reward of Allah swt be with us all amen
