Sadaqa distribution for September 2012...x

All praise is for Allah The Most Forgiving The Most Merciful.

Alhamdulillah we now have the report on our latest Orphan in Sudan. Her name is Esra and she is 12 years old.

Masha'Allah tabarak'Allah we are so blessed to have the opportunity to sponsor another Orphan, please continue to donate on a regular basis so we may continue to support Esra and her family until she is self sufficient Insha'Allah.

Righteousness is not that you turn your faces toward the east or the west, but [true] righteousness is [in] one who believes in Allah , the Last Day, the angels, the Book, and the prophets and gives wealth, in spite of love for it, to relatives, orphans, the needy, the traveler, those who ask [for help], and for freeing slaves; [and who] establishes prayer and gives zakah; [those who] fulfill their promise when they promise; and [those who] are patient in poverty and hardship and during battle. Those are the ones who have been true, and it is those who are the righteous. 2:177

As you know we have been sponsoring Muhammed and Alaa from Gaza since 2010 so our first priority is to them and our other Orphans, the two needy families in Morocco and the Palestinian sister with cancer.

We will also be donating a monthly amount to the new school build in Bangladesh Insha'Allah.

We are also in the process of raising funds for another deep water well. This one will be in Yemen Insha'Allah. You can donate directly to Human Appeal International on my Just Giving page here:

I was asked by a dear sister of mine to help raise funds for a sister living in Saudi Arabia. She has water on the Lungs and has no means to pay for the treatment needed. Unless you are a Saudi citizen then your treatment has to be paid for, and to make matters worse, they will not treat the sister until she pays for it, which is around £830.So far Alhamdulillah we have £180 but need to raise the rest as soon as possible. Please click on donate at the top of the page and give whatever is within your means fi sabilIllah.

http://solaceuk.org/      is another organisation close to my heart. They provide a service to help revert sisters who are facing hardship in many ways. We always try to give a small amount to them each month to help where most needed.

I am adding these two short videos again to give us all a boost. To learn an important lesson that giving is much better than taking. Not just with money but with your time, possessions and wisdom.

The Prophet (pbuh) said, “Every Muslim has to give in charity.” The people asked,
“O Allah’s Prophet! If someone has nothing to give, what will he do?” He said, “He
should work with his hands and benefit himself and also give in charity (from what
he earns).” The people further asked, “If he cannot find even that?” He replied,
“He should help the needy who appeal for help.” Then the people asked, “If he
cannot do that?” He replied, “Then he should perform good deeds and keep away
from evil deeds and this will be regarded as charitable deeds.” (Bukhari #2.524)

May Allah reward you all for your continuous support to help us to help those who need it fi sabilIllah.

Fi amanIllah...x
